Your staff did an excellent job diagnosing two leak issues in my home. Their process was thorough and I was impressed with their knowledge of the structure of my home and how it is impacting the problems. They provided me with immediate feedback on their findings and issued a thorough written report within a few business days. They also sent the report to my contractor at my request. This information has been critical to my ability to start working on the remedial work with my contractor. While the service is not inexpensive, the value is high. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (and already have).
